Welcome to Hushaboo ("we", "us"). By using gethushaboo.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products & orders. We sell soft fleece Bluetooth headband headphones designed for children. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable product taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our checkout provider (Whop); we never see or store your card details. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email.
Safe use. Hushaboo is an audio comfort product, not a medical device. Always choose a low, comfortable volume for your child, supervise first uses, and remove the headband if it causes any discomfort. Not suitable for children under 3 without adult supervision due to small internal components.
Warranty. Your product is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Normal wear, water damage, and damage from misuse are excluded.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
What we collect. When you order: your email, shipping details, country, and order contents (passed to us by our checkout provider). When you subscribe: your email address. We also use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to measure our advertising and improve the site.
How we use it. To fulfil and ship your order, send order updates, respond to support requests, send occasional marketing emails if you subscribed (unsubscribe anytime with one click), and measure ad performance. Purchase confirmations may be shared with Meta in hashed form for ad measurement (Conversions API); hashing means your raw email is never exposed.
Who we share with. Our payment provider (Whop), our fulfilment and shipping partners (only what's needed to deliver your parcel), and Meta for ad measurement as described above. We never sell your personal data.
Your rights. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time — email hello@gethushaboo.com. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
We ship worldwide. Every order is sent tracked — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery time: typically 8–15 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. During peak periods (holidays, sales) allow a few extra days.
Free shipping is included on Duo bundles and larger. Customs or import fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 days, contact us at hello@gethushaboo.com and we'll investigate or reship.
Not for you? You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a refund.
To start a return, email hello@gethushaboo.com with your order number. Items should be in their original condition; for hygiene, used fleece bands may be refunded at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Arrived damaged or faulty? Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge — no return needed.
